How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Edit Account, click the Delete Account button, and follow the instructions.

How do I change my Profile Name?

To change your name, go to Edit Profile.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email, go to Edit Account.

How do I reset my password?

You can change your current password in Edit Account. If you have forgotten your password, go to the Password Reset page.

Content Sharing

How can I share content?

To share content, you can copy the link and publish it. We are well-integrated with various platforms, so the video will be embedded automatically.

How do I create a Community?

To create a Community, go to the My Communities page and click on the Create Community button. Follow the instructions and submit the Community for review. Once our moderators have reviewed your Community, you will receive an email notification informing you whether your application has been accepted or rejected.

What are the rules for Communities?

All materials must comply with our community guidelines. This means "no" to:


  • Images of individuals under 18 years old
  • Images of racist actions, symbols, or language
  • Images of animals and/or acts of bestiality
  • Images or simulations of rape and/or sexual violence
  • Images of acts of violence or self-harm
  • Defamatory content
  • Promotion of terrorism, violence, or hate speech
  • Violation of any law
  • Violation of any of these rules will result in an immediate ban.


Do not spam. No more than 5 posts per day.
Titles should not contain advertisements or solicitations.
Posted content must be relevant to the corresponding Community.

How do I add a post to a Community?

You must first be subscribed to the desired Community. Then, select the post you want to add, click on the options button (...), and choose Add to Community. Follow the instructions provided.

How do I report a user?

To report a user, please email us at support@creatorxxx.com. Include the link to the user's profile and describe your complaint in as much detail as possible.

How do I report a photo or video?

All photos and videos have a "Report" feature. To use it, open the options menu on the relevant post and click the Report button.

Content Upload

How do I upload photos or videos to the site?

Currently, the content upload feature is closed to all users.

What's the maximum file size I can upload on CreatorXXX?

You can upload images up to 50 MB and videos up to 300 MB per file. We support most modern formats to ensure smooth uploads.

Am I able to upload multiple images at once?

Yes, CreatorXXX allows you to select and upload multiple images simultaneously, saving you time and effort.

Do I need an account to upload photos or videos?

Yes, you need to be signed in to upload content. Once logged in, simply navigate to the uploader page at https://creatorxxx.com/uploader to get started.

Can I close the page while my files are processing?

Absolutely! After you see the conversion progress, you can safely close the page your uploads will finish processing in the background.

How do I manage or remove the content I've uploaded?

To edit or delete your uploads, simply head over to https://creatorxxx.com/manage. All your uploaded content is listed there, ready for easy management.

Verification

How can I apply to get verified on CreatorXXX?

To request verification, submit your application via the https://creatorxxx.com/verification page. We typically review requests within 24 hours, and you'll receive an email notification upon approval or if further action is required.

What type of photo do I need to submit for verification?

You must provide a clear, safe-for-work (SFW) image of yourself holding a handwritten sign displaying your CreatorXXX profile URL (e.g., https://creatorxxx.com/users/...). The photo must clearly match your appearance as shown on your linked social profiles, and we do not accept digitally altered images.

What file formats are acceptable for verification photos?

We accept verification photos in JPG and PNG formats. Ensure the image is clear and meets all our verification guidelines for a smooth approval process.

Do I need to provide social media links for verification?

Yes, providing at least one valid social media link is mandatory to complete your verification request. This helps us accurately confirm your identity.
